• Check-out time is before 10.00am. Check-in time is 2.00pm – 8.00pm. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact reception 24 hours in advance. Late check out is subject to availability, please contact reception before check-in for more details.

• Please bring your Credit Card (not debit card) and ID on arrival. Your credit card will be pre-authorized the accommodation total the day before check-in. Debit cards require a bond payment of up to $500. Group bookings require a 25% deposit and peak date bookings require full payment. The credit card you provide will be charged.

• Our facilities are for Fountain City Motor Inn Guests Only, including the park area.

• No visitors after 7pm. Visitors are permitted at the managers discretion – please discuss any potential visitors with the receptionist. For peak dates, such as rugby games or events, we do not allow visitors out of courtesy for all our guests.

• Cooking smelly foods is not permitted in the hotel units.

• All our rooms are no smoking. In the event of someone smoking in the room, there is a $500 fine. We have ash trays outside each of our units, please use them with the doors and windows closed behind you or risk smoke entering the
room.

• Excessive noise is not permitted. We give two warnings with noise complaints. On the second warning you will be asked to leave without a refund.

• There is a replacement $50 charge for lost or damaged room key.

• Do not remove any motel belongings from the property and note that we reserve the right to charge for concerns with loss or theft.

• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms.

• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

• Additional adult or child fee of $50.00.

• Rollaway/extra beds are not available & Cots (infant beds) are not available.

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or 100 % of the accommodation will be charged.

• 7 days notice is required for Group (4+ rooms) and long stay (4+ nights) bookings. In the event of a late cancellation, up to 25 % of the accommodation will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours to arrival date, 100 % cancellation fee may apply.
